Log into your Liquid London account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization Number.

Secure Your Package

Place the unused items back in their original shipping box with all protective padding to ensure the delicate formulas are not damaged during transit.

Affix Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of your parcel before dropping it off at any authorized courier location.

Quality Inspection & Refund

Once our laboratory team verifies the seals are intact, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
